IMPORTANT INFO AND COVID-19 ENTRY GUIDELINES (UPDATED OCT 2021)

We are currently operating at FULL CAPACITY.

YOU will be required to provide ONE of the following AND proof of Name ID to guarantee your entry into the venue:

1: PROOF OF NEGATIVE LATERAL FLOW TEST taken within 24 hours prior to attendance

we will accept the following formats:

- a *physical* negative rapid lateral flow test strip which you can show us on entry (we will NOT accept photos)

- a confirmation email or text after you have reported a rapid lateral flow test via the NHS App

*PLUS* a form of ID that shows a matching name - eg a bank card, a student card, driving licence, passport.

You MUST log your result here: https://www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result (NOT on the NHS COVID 19 APP)

Sometimes it takes up to 2 hours for the text to come through to your phone so please do this in good time.....NOT IN THE QUEUE!

2. PROOF OR NEGATIVE PCR TEST taken within 48 hours prior to attendance

we will accept the following formats:

- confirmation text or email PLUS a form of ID that shows a matching name - eg a bank card, a student card, driving licence, passport.

- registered with a code on the NHS App or NHS COVID-19 App

 

3. PROOF OF FULL VACCINATION received at least 14 days prior to event

we will accept the following formats:

- NHS COVID PASS: available through the NHS App or NHS.UK (We accept international equivalents - if in doubt email us to check!)

- Show us your physical vaccination card (We do not accept photos of vaccination cards) PLUS ID illustrating a matching name (eg bank card, student card, photo ID etc)

- An NHS COVID PASS letter and ID showing a matching name (eg bank card, student card, photo ID etc)

3. PROOF OF NATURAL IMMUNITY BY WAY OF A POSITIVE PCR TEST -

- Your result must be obtained between 10 and 180 days ahead of the event and displayed on your NHS COVIDPASS ONLY

We will not include the event day in the 10 days; we will count back from the previous day to ensure that your isolation period is over.

Please don't be silly with this - don't try and trick the system or forge documents.... ultimately we're trying to keep everyone safe, happy and healthy and we hope you'll join us and do the same!?

BOOKING INFO // TICKETS:

We are now back to selling a combination of advance single tickets and options to pay on the door!

No table bookings or reservations required! yippee!

However - to guarantee your entry we always advise that you purchase a ticket in advance as we do get quite busy at the weekends!

There are no pyhsical tickets - all vendors operate E-TICKET services - so make sure you have your entry code/qr code ready on your phone and your battery charged!

Advance tickets are valid until 11.30pm - if you arrive after this time you may not be able to gain entry

Advance tickets are non-refundable (unless the is event cancelled)

If the nature of an event changes due to Covid restrictions - we will look to postpone and your tickets will automatically transfer to the new date

Covid checks on the door do mean it's taking a tiny bit longer to get in - so please aim to arrive in good time, with all members of your group - this will help us ease congestion and get you in smoothly and safely.

We don't want you to miss any of the action!

DOOR POLICY // AGE RESTRICTIONS:

NO HEN OR STAG PARTIES PERMITTED

OVER 18s ONLY PLEASE! We operate a THINK 25 policy - so if you are younger than 25 or are lucky enough to look under 25 please bring ID just in case.

Doors staff reserve the right to refuse admission.

ENTRY / RE-ENTRY:

LAST ENTRY IS MIDNIGHT

DUE TO LICENSING OBJECTIVES WE OPERATE A STRICT NO RE-ENTRY POLICY!

ONCE YOU'RE IN, YOU... ARE... IN!

TRACK AND TRACE:

NHS track and Trace is no longer madatory - however there are QR codes around the building should you want to sign in and be updated about potential Covid exposure.

BUYING DRINKS:

We're back to bar service! Our staff are ready and raring to serve! Things are still a bit new and we're getting back to grips with everything - so do be patient and kind!

FOOD:

For weekday events - please feel free to order from our mates YARD SALE PIZZA and your order will be delivered to the front door for you to collect. Menus can be found on each table ;)

HEALTH AND SAFETY -
- If you feel comfortable wearing a mask - please continue doing so. It's at your descretion!
- There will be ample signage displayed to help you get to the event space and move around inside.
- Please make sure to use the hand sanitiser provided at the entrance.
- Hand sanitiser stations will be situated throughout the event space please use them frequently.
- Hand washing facilities are available in the toilets.
- Toilets will be cleaned regularly during the day.
- Tables and furniture will be cleaned throughout the night.
- Staff have been thoroughly trained in line with Gov guidelines, have access to PPE if they want to wear it and will be washing their hands regularly.
- We will be operating at full capacity, sometimes with multiple events taking place in the same building.
- DO NOT ATTEND if you are showing symptoms of COVID-19

CLOAKROOM:

On busy nights we will operate a cloakroom.

For safety and security reasons WE DO NOT ALLOW LARGE BAGS INTO THE VENUE (Think anything bigger than A4 ish/ size) SO, If you don't need it - don't bring it! If you do bring it - you'll have to check it in at a cost of £1.

We are back to business! Times vary according to the event we have on so please check the WHAT'S ON page and our socials for day / times that we are open. (You'll find event specific booking info there aswell)

LOST PROPERTY:

Don't call us! We're opertaing with limited staff at the moment -

Send us an email with LOST PROPERTY as the subject + a description of your item please!

Please tell us more than 'black jumper' - it really helps!

FYI  - If you don't write LOST PROPERTY as the subject WE WON'T SEE IT! Seriously. We're back in the office on Mondays and will deal with the requests from then....

Unclaimed lost property will be sent to the charity shop after 1 month.

EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY/ FILMING:

The unauthorised use of professional camera or video equipment or any other recording device is strictly forbidden.

Want a PHOTO PERMIT? Permission is granted at our descretion by the *BGWMC VENUE MANAGEMENT ONLY* - NOT promoters, record labels, management, artists or event organisers.

Party people - You can take pics on your personal mobile phone or other 'non professional device' (disposable cam, polariod or whatever that may be!) - that's actively encouraged and we wanna see how much fun you are having at our events! Don't forget to tag us on social media though! @bgwmc
